We will coordinate and handle all of the advertising for your property at no cost to you. We present your property to the largest available rental market, including Internet listings and local newspapers. We  do everything possible to find qualified residents quickly.

Careful Tenant Screening & Selection

We have extensive experience and success in judging qualifications of tenant applicants. We conduct thorough reference checks through credit reports, former landlords, and employers. Our detailed rental application forms disclose thorough information on your prospective tenants.  An in-depth interview is held with each tenant applicant; we ask the hard questions so you don't have to.

Property Showings

Our agents will schedule and handle all showings and will expertly "sell" your property to qualified prospective tenants.

Lease Write Up & Preparation (optional)

Once the perfect tenant has been decided on, we will meet with them to explain and fill out all the necessary lease and move-in paperwork.

Our Fee:

There is NO FEE if you rent your apartment on your own. There is only a fee if the applicants provided by Sevan Solutions are accepted.  We will provide you with a credit report and analysis for each adult applicant as well as provide proof of income to assist you in making the decision.
