Sevan Solutions, Inc. does its best to provide the Landlord with qualified potential tenants, but the ultimate determination as to a tenant's suitability and credit worthiness remains with the Landlord at all times.
There is NO FEE if you lease your apartment(s) on your own. We will only collect a FEE if and when the tenant(s) provided by Sevan Solutions, Inc. are accepted into a lease. The commission fee is equivalent to one month's rent. Special promotional rates may apply. Any earnest money collected by Sevan Solutions, Inc. will be applied towards the commission. Fee is payable within 5 days upon acceptance of an applicant.
